Biography

Deborah practices exclusively in the area of martial and family law. Deborah represents clients in family law matters including alimony, custody, time-sharing, child support, litigation, prenuptial agreements, pre-suit divorce, restraining orders, paternity, post-divorce modification, post judgement paternity modification, postnuptial agreements, and divorce litigation. As a native of South Florida Deborah attended Florida Atlantic University where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice. Deborah earned a Juris Doctor degree at Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad College of Law. During law school, Deborah was the Law School Affiliate for the Florida Bar Young Lawyer Division for several years, wherein she was one of two students each year as the Shepard Broad College of Law’s representative to this organization. Deborah’s dedication to the cause of young lawyers and advocacy continued with her involvement in the Student Bar Association as a representative her first year of law school, and the Vice-Present the following year. Deborah’s passion for Family Law began during law school with her participation in the Family Law Society and served as the organization’s Vice-President. Deborah gained valuable experience as the law clerk at the Law Offices of Forrest & Forrest PLLC for two years prior to gaining her Florida Bar Admission earlier this year in April 2023.
